A studio or 1 BHK apartment move within Dubai typically starts at AED 499 and lands between AED 550 and AED 900 depending on the volume of furniture, the floor level, lift availability and whether you need full packing. We confirm the exact figure after a free survey, and that figure is fixed.
Do you provide packing materials, or should I buy my own?
All packing materials are included in our quote — double-wall cartons, bubble wrap, stretch film, packing paper, wardrobe boxes and tape. There is nothing for you to buy or collect beforehand.
How far in advance should I book my apartment move?
Three to five days is comfortable for a standard apartment move. Month-end, and especially the last week of any month, is peak season in Dubai — book seven to ten days ahead if your move falls then. We do accept same-day and next-day bookings when crews are available.
Will you handle the NOC and building approvals?
Yes. We prepare the moving NOC, insurance certificate and crew details that Dubai buildings request, and we coordinate the service-lift slot directly with your building management at both ends.
Can you move me on a Friday or a public holiday?
Yes. We operate seven days a week including public holidays at no premium. Many Dubai buildings actually prefer weekend moves because the service lift is quieter.
