Pricing
How much do movers cost in Dubai?
Moving a studio or 1 BHK apartment within Dubai typically costs AED 499 to AED 900, a 2 BHK AED 900 to AED 1,500, and a 3-bedroom villa AED 1,800 to AED 2,800. Price is driven by volume, floor level and lift access, distance, and whether you add packing. Every quote we issue is fixed after a free survey — the figure does not change on moving day.
Is the quote fixed, or can it change on moving day?
It is fixed. The survey captures the things that cause other companies' prices to rise — stairs, long carries, parking distance, lift restrictions and oversized items — and they are priced in from the start. The only circumstance in which a price changes is if you add items or services after the quote is issued, and we confirm that with you in writing first.
Do you charge extra for weekends or public holidays?
No. We operate seven days a week including public holidays at the same rate, and evening and overnight slots carry no premium either. Many Dubai buildings prefer weekend moves because the service lift is quieter, so it often works out easier for everyone.
Booking
How far in advance should I book my move?
Three to five days is comfortable for an apartment, and seven to ten days for a villa. Month-end is peak season in Dubai — the last week of any month books out fastest, so allow more notice if your tenancy ends then. Same-day and next-day moves are frequently possible when crews are available.
Do you offer a free survey?
Yes, and we recommend it for every move. A surveyor can visit your property, or you can walk us through it on a WhatsApp video call in about ten minutes. The survey is what makes a fixed price possible, and it is free with no obligation.
Can you move me on the same day?
Often, yes — particularly for apartments, single items and small moves, which can usually be slotted between larger jobs. Message us on WhatsApp with your two addresses and roughly what needs moving, and we will tell you straight away whether a crew is free.
Service
Do you provide packing materials?
Yes, and they are included in the quote. Double-wall cartons, bubble wrap, packing paper, stretch film, wardrobe boxes with hanging rails and tape all come with the crew. There is nothing for you to buy in advance. We also sell materials on their own if you would rather pack yourself.
Will you dismantle and reassemble my furniture?
Yes, at no extra charge on a full move. Beds, wardrobes, dining tables, desks and shelving are dismantled at the old property and rebuilt at the new one. Fixings are bagged, labelled and taped to the piece they belong to, so nothing is rebuilt with the wrong screws.
Do you handle the NOC and building approvals?
Yes. Moving NOCs, certificates of insurance naming the building, crew ID lists and service-lift reservations are all prepared and submitted by us before the move date, at both the old and new properties. This is where most delayed moves in Dubai actually go wrong.
Insurance
Is my furniture insured during the move?
Yes. Goods-in-transit insurance is included on every move as standard. For high-value contents — artwork, antiques, designer furniture, electronics — we recommend declaring a full replacement value so we can arrange cover to match, which is quoted separately and is inexpensive relative to the value protected.
What happens if something is damaged?
Report it to your move coordinator within 48 hours with photographs. We assess the item, and depending on the outcome we repair it, replace it or settle the claim under the transit insurance. Because every move is inventoried, establishing that an item travelled with us is straightforward.
Logistics
How long does a move take?
A studio or 1 BHK usually takes three to five hours door to door. A 2–3 BHK apartment takes five to eight hours. A villa takes a full day with the right crew size. We plan every move to finish in one day, and if a job genuinely needs two, we tell you at quotation stage rather than on the day.
Do you move between emirates?
Yes, to and from all seven. Dubai to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah are all same-day moves on standard household volumes, with one crew and one vehicle throughout. Fuel, Salik, tolls and inter-emirate permits are included in the quoted price.
Can you store my belongings between properties?
Yes. Our Dubai warehouse is climate-controlled, pest-controlled and monitored 24/7, with storage available from one week upwards. Everything is photographed and inventoried on intake, and we redeliver on your date. This is the standard solution when a tenancy ends before the new handover.
What items will you not move?
For legal and safety reasons we cannot transport flammable or explosive materials such as gas cylinders, paint thinners, petrol or fireworks, corrosive chemicals, ammunition, or perishable food. Pets and plants require separate arrangements — tell us in advance and we will advise on the right route.
